## What we do for you

✔ **Automatically check eligibility after train delays and cancellations**
✔ **Assess the highest-value regulation (EU or national)**
✔ **Submit and manage claims end-to-end**
✔ **Enhance your customer satisfaction and loyalty**
✔ **Provide transparent reporting on volumes, outcomes, and payouts**

For some partners, automation also means measurable cost savings — fewer manual cases and fewer repeat customer contacts.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Are all train delays and cancellations eligible?**
Not every disruption qualifies: Under EU Regulation 2021/782 and applicable national rules, compensation typically applies for delays of 60+ minutes or canceled journeys. We automatically assess each trip within the past 90 days and only submit eligible claims.

**Do we need to collect any additional documents?**
No. We only use the booking and ticket data already available in your TMC or rail system. No extra documentation or traveler follow-up is required.

**What systems can you integrate with?**
We can integrate with ticketing, booking, CRM, and disruption data sources. We’ll confirm the best approach during a short technical scoping call.

**How long does it take to receive the money?**
If you're entitled to a refund, the amount will be automatically credited to the account number you provided. This usually happens within 2 weeks. If you haven't heard anything about your application 3 weeks after submission, please contact us.

**What does it cost?**
We operate on a success fee of 25% of recovered compensation. There are no upfront costs and no fees if a claim is unsuccessful.

**Can we test this with historical rail data?**
We can run an eligibility check on past rail bookings to estimate recovery potential before moving forward.
